Issues with Disk Utility

macbook pro 2008 - os x 10.7.3

had ubuntu 11.0 installed on macbook pro , running fine , able dual boot refit. decided wanted rid of ubuntu , install windows 7, decided erase partition had ubuntu installed.

after doing both recovery hd , efi partitions started showing on desktop. using disk utility wanted create new partition install windows on. when tried create partition error saying mediakit says there isn't enough space.

now, when boot refit can os x lion install, can't linux (because partition gone), can't create new partition. when run diskutil list i following:

code:
   #: type name size identifier 0: guid_partition_scheme *200.0 gb disk0 1: apple_hfs macintosh hd 135.1 gb disk0s1 2: apple_hfs 0 b disk0s2 3: efi 209.7 mb disk0s3
then if use partition inspector following:

code:
*** report internal hard disk *** current gpt partition table: # start lba end lba type 1 409640 264280431 mac os x hfs+ 2 264542576 264542575 mac os x hfs+ 3 264542576 264952175 efi system (fat) current mbr partition table: # start lba end lba type 1 1 390721967 ee efi protective mbr contents: boot code: grub partition @ lba 409640: boot code: none file system: hfs extended (hfs+) listed in gpt partition 1, type mac os x hfs+ partition @ lba 264542576: boot code: none (non-system disk message) file system: fat32 listed in gpt partition 2, type mac os x hfs+ listed in gpt partition 3, type efi system (fat) partition @ lba 264542576: boot code: none (non-system disk message) file system: fat32 listed in gpt partition 2, type mac os x hfs+ listed in gpt partition 3, type efi system (fat)
now, if use boot camp assistant can repartition macintosh hd partition create space windows, leave me ~60gb of space not being used.

thought if booted off of windows 7 disk able create partition needed install windows, installer errored out when choosing custom install.

had bright idea boot off of lion disk , use disk utility, same thing.

so, thinking maybe if make macintosh hd take on entire hard drive able repartition boot camp deleted efi , recovery hd partitions. have macintosh hd , bunch of free space afterwards can't with.

i've been beating head against wall on day , cannot come anything. ideas??

you what!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

why did delete recovery , efi partitions???

efi partition needed boot , recovery partition needed recovery, mac screwed

edit: maybe not screwed wont able boot mac os x dont think, there way fix holding option (alt) upon booting boot selection screen , pressing , holding command r start web restore reinstall mac os x without need working restore partition, make shore repartition hdd
