Iphone 4S restore 5.01

hi,

i've got replacement phone apple store today , came home , jailbreaked because still running 5.01

i've noticed vibrate isn't , want return apple store again. hence problem jailbroken

how can restore 5.01 , not 5.1. incase apple not return phone , stuck on 5.1

i've played around /etc/hosts file , stuff no joy

 

unfortunately cannot restore 5.0.1 more 4s.
