maybe missing something.......i in process of syncing iphone macbook first time. downloaded free version of touchcopy move music/videos mac , itunes have copy. program has appeared freeze up.
used windows computer, , aside rebooting, can 'ctrl/alt/delete' force non responsive program close. no matter how try, can't close program. there equivalent method mac? tried right click on program in dock select 'quit'. when open it, it's blank window , red x non responsive. can click x, nothing happens.
command + option + esc
way:
open activity monitor, there can quit it.
launch it, click on spotlight (the magnifying glass), type activity monitor.
