Fix to slow browser issue.

after got mac mini connected wireless router on 5ghz band. browsing on mac mini very slow. new mac, still knew wrong here. tried lot of different things, wont mention them here. wife's laptop connects , works fine on 5g. browsing fast on acer. ruled out router. issue went on several days, decided try connecting 2.4 , mac mini flies.

tell 2 reasons. if else having issue try above, , know why 5 g reacts way on mac mini. btw..router wndr3700.
