hello,

grandmother has had mac while now, though has no idea she's doing thing. whenever fix computer, she's got million windows open, she's dragged random web images onto desktop, , thinks applications have been deleted because accidentally removed them dock.

in short, she's stereotypical elderly technology user.

recently, spent hour on phone tried describe how couldn't email, "the google working fine." finally, figured out had somehow managed send safari fullscreen mode , couldn't out of it. told press escape key, , if remembers this, should work in future.

but, wondering if knows of way permanently disable possibility fullscreen applications. it's not of use her, , anticipate she'll face problem in future.

(also, don't mean come off ageist. she's sweet woman, technology isn't forté.)

i'm afraid don't have answer question couldn't chuckle @ first paragraph. i'm impressed! i'm still trying teach grandma how use old nokia! :p

edit: might possible 'downgrade' snow leopard? can imagine might easier if has 1 space work with?

or how sort of cheat sheet have next computer? know that's i'm going have parents when convert them mac later year...
