Should this happen?

sitting on web page , scrolling , down quickly, on , on again, cause cpu temp sky rocket.

know it's not time, has me worried yet again.... after sitting on page , scrolling , down quickly, temp rose 50c 80c in 20 seconds.

should happen?? don't understand why would.

 

yes, should. displaying rapidly changing screen cpu intensive.
