roving bug in ios 5.0.1 works this:

listens microphone. , when microphone detects sounds above threshold, starts recording.

when threshold drops, stops recording , sends sounds via voice, cell carrier.

when sending, high spike in battery drain occurs - due activating radios, processing audio, etc.

after sending, battery drain returns normal levels.

have done 2 times.

note:

carrier data disabled.

wifi disabled.

imessage disabled.

location services disabled.

no apps in multitasking bar.

there nothing else affects this, since disabled carrier data, means there 1 conclusion - roving bug.

 

i'm not going watch video, 1 time. went on before. 10+ whole pages of this. every argument taken apart , shown nothing paranoia scheme. please stop declaring things not there. lastly, there no roving bug in ios.
