i'm considering purchasing m-audio av40 monitor speakers.
have 2011 13" macbook pro.
i'm looking decent sound general music listening, , djing (traktor) , production (logic)
advised external sound card?
if so, ideally bus powered 1 (don't want have keep plugging things in!)
i've looked @ ni audio 2 dj , behringer fca202
work?
the av40's fine straight macbook pro.
on side note, not recommend av40's. notorious malfunctioning within year. right channel started cutting in , out after 8 months or so.

you'd need 2 of them, , have 1 of interfaces listed. more expensive av40's, you'll save money , time once av40's crap out.
