iTunes Glitch?

hello,

using itunes 10.5.2 on mac os x snow leopard. not sure if glitch or not, under 'purchased' section of itunes store, can re-download music etc., says 'buy' not 'get'. don't want re-buy it. glitch on itunes, or have buy music etc again?
