iphone 4 sound issue

i've noticed when connecting iphone 4 car stereo or using earphones sound little odd. songs sound missing audio. it's not in stereo. when listen them on computer sound fine.. wondering if there setting fix this. in advance , if need additional info ask.

 

sounds headphone jack might damaged (or potentially both car stereo connector , earphones' 3.5mm jack damaged).

songs sound same when play music through iphone's speakers?
