Did you RESTORE from a previous iPad or set up as NEW?

i restored new ipad backup copy of ipad 1. seems working, however, i've read few comments can cause issues.

did do, restore or set new, , why?

 

i did restore had no problem. did cause apps had there, , did not have redownload of them.
