cannot see rules in outlook 2011 for mac

i have problem irritating me. had reinstall outlook 2011 , in process create new office profile.

have problem in of mail rules had set need deleting - don't appear in rules list. in fact nothing appears in rules list.

i've tried re-building database etc, recreating profile etc nothing.
