Accidentally pressed "Don't Allow" when asked about Push Notifications on Install

this has happened me on 2 different times 2 different apps.

when installing app on iphone 4 receives push notifications (such word games). after app installs first time run pop window saying "words friends send push notifications." there 2 buttons "don't allow" , "ok".

accidentally pressed "don't allow". when go settings > notifications says on, still never receive notifications.

have tried uninstalling & reinstalling. tried rebooting. pop window never reappears after installing first time.

thing allow me receive push notifications if restore iphone. hassle. way start receiving push notifications after accidental "don't allow" press? (without restoring?)

 

have try disable , enable push on setting ? if didnt work maybe in app settings theres option , if on ios 5 , have icloud backups enable go to: settings - icloud - storage & backup - manage store - under "documents & data" - particular app - click on edit , delete info ; after download app again , should act first installed no records.
