Where do I go to cancel my data plan?

my understanding used able cancel going settings -> cellular data -> view account.

may blind, not see option anymore under 5.1. have go cancel plan?

 

i'm using ipad 2 (waiting on 3 arrive today) have ios 5.1 , it's still under settings --> cellular data --> view account.

know obvious question, have lte model, right? if do, please post update -- i'm sure i'll hunting in 2-3 hours myself, hope find it.
