Photoshop cs? HDR Photography

hi all,

first want ahead of time , feedback able provide regarding matter.

purchased new dslr camera , have been having fun experimenting different exposures , different settings on camera. try hand @ hdr photos

have been doing research , have come conclusion best off use photoshop cs5? looks photomatrix option seem simplicity of photoshop?

don't want go overboard i'm willing spend little bit on decent software? if starting off hdr photos run cs5 or photomatrix?

if posted in wrong place, please let me know , delete or ask mods place should be.

again , can point me in right direction

if want hdr, @ of programs designed - such hydra. there others well, cross price spectrum.

simplicity , photoshop words not use in same sentence - check out pixelmator or photoline alternatives. gimp free; not easy use.
