is there big enough difference between processing power of 3.2 quad vs. 2.8 quad? $350+ difference on price on refurbished....

2.8ghz: 8800
3.2ghz: 10000

whether merits money. 2.8ghz , 600.00 buy w3680 , plop in 6-core 3.33ghz goodness. if not comfy doing 3.2 stuck it.
