Longshot but, Problem with 3G?

hello all, let me give little background. former alltel customer transferred on verizon. when time new iphone released got excited. came along iphone 4s. good. lately 3g has been dropping random when ever travel 10 miles out of hometown or location of iphone. loose data or drop 1xrtt. if stay in hometown never drops, outside of hometown doesn't matter, can in big city or small town, 3g randomly drop, , provide pictures below. @ 1 point said not activate cellular network can on end or on verizon's end. (side note, have different prl verizon customers because of transition -- doubt matters though)

does happen other people? if might want try network reset , see if helps. if problem persists, call verizon. apple won't able here much, might want try , update roaming ability, if dial number update phone current towers.
