LG LV5400 or LV5500 Key Pairing and the Mac

hey all,
i've tried scouring web , have come nothing.

here deal: purchased lcd lg lv5400 tv. works , has host of features including remote control app. sync phone tv, there process within lg detects phone lg app , flashes code on tv screen. punch code phone, , automagically, 2 paired.

problem tv randomly (maybe once every 15-30 minutes) flashing key pairing message without code nor indication of device trying pair tv.

after trial , error, i've narrowed offending device down imac. can faithfully create behavior restarting computer. message pop on tv every time between chime , appearance of desktop on imac...generally right around appearance of blue screen. suggests me early, core process on imac tv picking on.

i'm staring @ activity monitor trying clue, i'm not sure i'm looking @ nor how detect actual activity culprit. furthermore, i'm not quite sure want if find culprit else within house (2 iphones, ipad, 2 imacs, air, aebs, ae, tivo, , roku) works fine.

i'm running 10.6.8, have no plex/xbmc type application installed. nothing jailbroken, , tv connected directly (ethernet) aebs.

ideas? attached 2 screenshots. each taken within seconds of window appearing on tv , while message still being displayed (it stays on screen 30 second before disappearing)

i have same problem. think it's bonjour.

installed application called coucou, scans network devices , shows them menubar icon. think started having problem around same time installed app.
