iPhoto Journal- problems viewing in Safari?

anybody know why may having trouble viewing shared journal in safari? brother sent me link of journal made , can view via ipad , iphone safari not mac's safari (but loads firefox). hoping able view in safari save webpage archive. when try in firefox not work- if try , open after saving journal pops second , changes apple's iphoto ios advertising/info page. have no idea why, super frustrating. want able view journal off-line).
