iphone to itunes apps layout

i, many of you, have grouped various apps folders , backed in itunes without problems. why, don't know, itunes wants un-group apps. thing have done on iphone install winterboard theme , works on iphone should.

when automatically syncs when connected, completes without errors or applying changes iphone.

don't want forced apply changes , spend time having recreate folders again; there anyway around this?

as far i'm aware can't done @ moment. whenever i've had restore deivce etc etc has never put apps in folders
