CVMComplier process

so did googling on process , turns out part of graphics package. trying figure out why process consuming 25% of current cpu load. typically find happening when load flash site/java site. safari act goofy , hang; here thing whole system hangs , forced reboot (hard/soft)

in december installed ocz vertex 3 in laptop , have been getting random kps in there. since have booted stock drive , completly wiped ssd , backed data stock hd. @ wits end in trying solve this. advice?

16 gb ram (2x8)
ocz vertez 3 256gb

this getting annoying times boots 5 mints old , cvmcompiler process making system unresponsive. have included screenshot of activity monitor had reboot...
