Create a keyboard shortcut for certain phrase

on iphone 3gs running ios 5 found easy , handful use
new keyboard shortcut feature, since can't live without it.
i'm looking same thing on macbook pro.

on iphone, when type phrase '@@', auto complete email address.
want able same thing on mac, , need it.
don't care if shortcut contains specific word or combination of hot keys.
