6990m Crossfire?

i've been scouring forum trying find peoples inputs on next-gen graphics imac (and quite possible, next-gen macbook pros) incorporate.

of now, big-boy 6970m 2gb of gddr3. perhaps next card 7970m? i'd know peoples speculations - if worthy upgrade in performance. (i've heard talk of 50% increase in speed...or that...)

possibility of crossfiring 2 6990m's? there heat? let me know think!

i wondering same thing. plan on making switch pc primary desktop, , want best possible video option games. way see it, if gaming laptop developers can find way cram 2 6990m's (or better) in crossfire mode laptop, can't see why 27" imac can't accommodate same video setup little of bit of creative reworking of internal design. come on apple, give option!
