2nd Hand Mac Mini

i'm thinking of getting mac mini on ebay, i'm concerned how whole register user thing works i'm getting develop apps , sign apple dev program with. if kind of factory reset reset if brand new machine? or original first owners details still linger?

 

just wipe drive , fresh install.
