What is the best Video Card currently able to be used in Mac OS X for mac pro 2010?

i have 5870 believe (whatever top 1 apple sells). curious if there better 1 can flash, , if so, how go doing this, thank you.

also, think likelihood of official support 7970 released (i know there hints in 10.7.3, official tester build released , haven't heard else).

 

dunno if it's best can get, 1 works sure , powerful hell 1 i'm using, nvidia quadro 4000. can double power , tether 2 of them (severe overkill in opinion unless processing massive image/video/cad files , need processing power)

use photoshop lot , make huge difference on workflow.
