Text message with 3G


not sure post right forum ipad app or here.

anyway toying 3g enabled try text message other non ipad/iphone seems not work. know imessage works fine. did miss something?
 

do have 3g service? dont think can text standard line ipad data plan, may wrong, throwing stuff out help.
