Sonos and album covers

i have read articles embedding album art in itunes sonos find them confused. of artwork non-commercial recordings paste itunes. know how best embed sonos picks them up?

 

i prefer manually adding artwork of higher quality itunes downloads. album art exchange source of high-quality album artwork. sonos should able pick artwork, it's embedded in file.
