Notes keep crashing (i.e. won't open)

hi,

of yesterday notes app on ipad (original) not open. keeps opening , crashing immediately.

can still see contents of notes ipad search screen, can't go it.

notes school stored on it.

i've rebooted , restarted app, both closing double-tapping home button , closing it, , turning off , turning on ipad

question:
a) how can stop crashing?
b) possible can access notes cloud? i'm not sure if had set that...

try closing apps via double tap. perform reset of ipad. hold down home , sleep/wake button @ same time 10 sec, ignore slide power off, ipad reset. content still present after reset.

recommend using evernote note taking, can access notes on ipad/mac/windows notes synced online.
