Incipio Smart Feather Color Match

i received new smart feather today. i'm not extremely picky , wouldn't have made big deal if color match off, isn't close. i've contacted incipio via email pic attached. customer service woman on phone spoke prior sending email said should exact match. else have similar problem product?

that looks it'd match pretty dar gray smart cover. way off light though.
