Had to restore iPhone second time in 2 weeks!

i updated ios on iphone 4 3 weeks ago. every since then, every thing goes wrong. none of apps open! restored 2 weeks ago , had again today!

need new phone? going on? inconvenient restoring every other week.

 

what mean, “everything?” state apps won’t open. many times can resolved deleting app , , downloading again. jailbroke? damage?
