Need help getting PDFs back into iBooks.

hi, all.

updated ipad 2 5.0.1 , had reinstall ibooks. pdfs aren't showing in library, itunes says have 3.8 gb of "other" files know they're still in there somewhere. downloaded email attachments, important ones downloaded safari. immensely appreciated. also, cannot use itunes because no longer have computer ipad synced to.

although use itunes after copying of pdfs onto computer. it's matter of dragging them onto ipad. i'm having lot of trouble locating pdfs in ifile though...

 

the pdfs not in /var/mobile/media/books

i'm thinking ios 4 used different directory or location storing pdfs.
