Alphabetize Launchpad!?!

hello, i've had launchpad. fine if alphabetize apps once , leave way, right now, it's infuriating! organize them way want them , ghost moves them!!!!

there way keep them moving... i'm ocd , *problem*

laugh if must, me!!!!!

 

it horrible, , things move around.

go macupdate, there couple of apps let organize apps.
have 1 page, apps grouped way want.

apple needs incorporate sort of organization launchpad...
