Selling my iPad 2 (Question for iPad 3 owners)

hey guys, i'm sure these questions might have been asked before, feel i'm in bit of unique position, because not want new ipad badly, , looking advice.

own ipad 2 (16gb, 3g) , love it. had replaced 2 months ago, , in perfect condition. no scratches, no bumps of sort. practically looks brand new. when ipad 3 first came out, joking around friend , said should sell mine , new one. guess word spread, , friend wants buy ipad 5 year old son. asked me how sell for, , didn't wanna rip guy off, or sell cheap, went on craigslist , saw asking price was. told him $450 , agreed.

so, i'm sell him in few days , don't know if regret or not. got ipad free present work. i'll need pay $100 new 1 (i won't getting 4g because in year of owning current ipad, i've gotten data plan once, if need internet, i'll use iphone hotspot), i'm planning on settling wifi 16gb model, $550 (with tax in state).

, here questions people own new ipad:

1. i've been reading things have been going on new ipad. temp, screen color (some it's yellow), or battery life problem anybody? problematic in anyway seems wide spread across users?

2. overall happy purchase (if in position, pay $100 upgrade previous ipad?)

3. people own 16gb models, space problem? see new retina apps take lot more space apps did before. don't put music or movies on ipad, it's pretty apps only, 16gb enough people? don't put on ridiculous amount of apps on ipad, 20 @ i'd say.

thank time, know awfully long post, , appreciate people take time , me figure out.

1) no issues here. screen color not yellow , never took jewelers loop screen check other defects. have no light leak have seen. obviously, , see how looks don't obsess on it.

2) yes, worth $100 if @ overall package, upgraded , how value retain better on next year.

3) had 16gb ipad before , realized small. i'm using 32gb , love have room bigger retina apps , photos , videos love toting around.
