iPhone 4S headphone remote not working.

i got iphone 4s yesterday. reason, headphones work fine - after fiddle cord - remote doesn't. think heard stick needle there, 1 don't want risk damaging headphone jack - i'll want when start walking again. i'm looking forward being able control music , more voice.

 

the headphones covered under warranty take em apple store. or use online self service , send new pair
