Apple Seeks Bankruptcy Court's Blessing to Sue Kodak over Patents

kodak having filed last-minute patent lawsuits against apple , htc heading bankruptcy last month, bloomberg reports apple looking assert against pioneering photography company new lawsuit alleging infringement of apple-held patents.




while apple says in filing bankruptcy court overseeing kodak's case not required seek approval lawsuit, apple notes requesting court's blessing "out of abundance of caution".
