Remove the Notifications icon?

is there way remove notifications icon in top bar? won't using notifications. don't use growl.

find myself clicking on instead of spotlight.

 

the way of disable notification centre. can running these 2 commands in terminal:

code:

launchctl unload /system/library/launchagents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist

code:

sudo mv /system/library/launchagents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.plist /system/library/launchagents/com.apple.notificationcenterui.bak
