i have 11inch macbook air , wiped internal ssd intention of reinstalling operating system start fresh running out of storage , no longer required applications , files had.
going reinstall using recovery usb stick thing comes laptop usb stick doesn't work (i can't other laptop recognize , know how reinstall usb had done sucesfully before). thought no problem use snow leopord cd doesn't work either , when try install mac osx operating system (both lion , snow leopord) computer shows symbol of circle line through (like "no smoking" sign).
@ computers , studying related certificate don't know why can't figure problem out. i'm stuck. can give me advice?
edit: i'm going genius bar tomorrow can if can give me before please do.
