Install a Second Hard Disc in a MCP

hi,

have macbook pro 15 - i5 of middle of 2010,

possible install second disc (ssd +/- 125gb) work first disc?

if yes, easy install it? there ssd disc compatibility mcp?

, if mean "macbook pro" "mcp", proper abbreviation "mbp", yes, can use second disk inside mbp. have 1 hdd , 1 ssd in 2009 mbp. ssd optical disk drive (odd) , run system off it.
