Yellow tint/dimming ONLY when tilting

i've noticed on past few hours there seems sweet spot of perpendicular line of sight viewing angle on new ipad. if tilt off access notice immediate dimming/yellowing. else see this? never happened on ipad2.

think i'm going go swap out tomorrow.

 

i've found if wind out of south southeast yellow tint more pronounced.
