Adobe flash in mac osx 10.4.11

i have reformatted old emac osx 10.4.11 , can't seem able configure adobe flash 9, had on quite week ago on previous osx 10.4 can't remember should have saved dmg file!

have tried few getting confused need rid off failed files , start again?
