Resolved "Invalid SIM" in factory unlocked 4s with working PayGo SIM

hey guys,

got factory unlocked iphone 4s , i'm trying activate sim card that's working fine in paygo phone. when plug sim iphone tells me "invalid sim" in top left, , "sim failure" when boot phone up. microsim cut bad or there else i'm missing?

it's sim that's @ fault. in or country?

best guess try sim card because 1 have faulty. carrier recognizes phone using through phone's imei sim card not work iphone. again, need more information tell do.
