Anyone else having problems with activating verizon ipad3?

i first 1 in line @ local verizon store , had ipad 10 minutes after 8 left , it's still not working on cellular.

apparently verizon having problem pre-paid wireless accounts activating told me if doesn't work in few hours call them back.

got manager give me half-price case else having same problem?
