Resume template iWork Pages or Word

hey everyone,

looking nice resume design template. see many nice html , photoshop templates don't know how works. therefore looking goodlooking pages or word templates, can't find nice ones. ones find textbase without shapes , colors. shouldn't colorfull 1 or 2 colors nice.

tips can find free templates?
