iBook G3 466Mhz - Recommended OS?

i installed tiger on ibook g3 se w/ 466 mhz , 576 mb of ram has 10 gb hard drive.

noticed computer sluggish after install (no surprise) wondering operating system best run on? thinking panther thought i'd opinions other ibook users.

 

i run tiger on same ibook max ram. after disabling spotlight, dashboard , shadows under windows runs quite fast (as g3 ofc). put ssd in it...
