Mid 2010 13" MBP Hard Freezing

i'm having frustrating issue , can't seem find out what's causing it.

unibody macbook pro, 13" mid 2010
2.4ghz core 2 duo
4gb 1067 mhz ddr3
nvidia geforce 320m 256mb

started happening on latest version of snow leopard. used lion usb boot stick format hard drive , full clean install of lion.

after fresh install, problem persisted. hard freeze out of no reason. doesn't matter if windows open or not. it's 10 seconds after getting desktop, 2 minutes, 15 minutes, etc. happens. after freezing up, nothing can done except hard reset. becomes unresponsive.

managed update 10.7.3 , other software updates well. still continues happen.

cause of this? other things should try remedy problem?

i've tried resetting pram/nvram - whatever accomplishes, i'm not sure tried few times too.

help!

 

check console hints.
