iTunes not letting me transfer videos in my phone. help required

hello everybody
bought iphone4. i'm new user. problem when try transfer video file pc phone. itunes don't show file in que sync phone.i'm using handbrake latest version encode hd video files iphone4.and thing not allow me "check updates" , " restore " both options disabled..... reason ?
baseband 1.59.00 , os ios 5.0.1

help!

i tried diskaid transfer video file phone, copied video file camera folder ( camera pics , video recordings saved ). still nothing....

 

is quicktime compulsory itunes in order transfer handbrake converted video files iphone ?
