IPhone3GS no MMS after OS upgrade

hi,

hope can help. upgraded iphone 3gs 5.0.1 , 06.15.00 firmware. have jailbreak/unlocked can neither send or received text or mms. when tried send text message noticed send status bar didn't go way. stops @ end , stays there long period of time.

noticed when when tried download t-mobile carrier fix, in cydia and/or sinfuliphone, got error message "posix: operation timed out". see error message @ top of page when opened cydia. got error message "sub-process/bin/bzip2 returned error code (2)".

can explain me error message means? when first upgraded iphone os 5.0.1, had hard time unlocking it. didn't use iphone week because "can't activate cellular data network". have jailbreak steps on , on again until iphone shows tmobile service.

need badly!!!
