my apple tv 2 in garage, wired router.
tv watch it, in different room on different floor.
have trouble controlling apple tv.
have xantech coax on ir solution transmitting remote signals garage apple tv is.
apple tv remote doesn't work xantech.
trying use harmony 676 it's not working either.
i'm trying use iphone 4 apple tv remote app , works inconsistently.
suggestions?

the iphone remote app best bet - should work flawlessly long iphone has decent connection router. if that's not case - how many wifi bars on iphone?
