Non-itunes music remotely to idevice?

is possible music file macbook idevice remotely? mean had iphone/ipad , using iteleport connect macbook @ home. if downloaded song blog on macbook possible song onto idevice or @ least play on ideivce? wi-fi sync wouldn't work because devices on different networks.
