iPod touch Can't change bootlogo!

please me! making me flustered...
jailbroke ipod touch yesterday. able change bootlogo fine until today... now, whenever try change bootlogo, goes original apple logo. i've tried un-installing , re-installing animate, searched google countless times, tried connecting computer , running jailbreak process again, both tethered , un-tethered, , disabling themes had on winterboard. have no idea why isn't working anymore. i've restarted ipod many times i've lost track.

i'm running latest ios 5 on ipod touch 4th gen (the 1 camera), jailbroken redsn0w un-tethered. apps i've downloaded cydia store mobile terminal, snes a.d, , themes. restoring ipod way fix this?

 

i have restored ipod, , still doesn't work. there can this?
